Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining quality assurance processes, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various departments within the Nursing Home.
- Conduct routine compliance audits and spot checks to ensure alignment with the Healthcare Services Act and internal standards.
- Support risk assessment activities, identifying areas for quality improvements and assisting in the execution of corrective actions.
- Provide timely reporting of audit results, highlighting areas of concern and recommending improvements.
- Work collaboratively with nursing and administrative teams to address quality control gaps and enhance service delivery.
- Coordinate and manage internal and external reviews, gathering data and preparing reports as necessary.
- Facilitate training for staff members on quality standards, ensuring all employees understand and adhere to established guidelines.
Requirements
- Diploma in Quality Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in quality management systems (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.) are preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in quality assurance, ideally in a healthcare or eldercare setting.
- Familiarity with the Healthcare Services Act and other relevant healthcare regulations in Singapore.
- Previous experience in audit, compliance, or operational improvement within the healthcare sector is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex issues in a clear manner.
Working Hours & Location
- West Area, West Coast
- Mon - Fri, 8am - 530pm, 5 Days work week
