System & Process Manager

The role involves identifying any internal operational problems or inefficiencies, and working to enhance all areas related to systems and processes. It is crucial that all sales and marketing users are able to effectively utilize the system functions and processes according to the established guidelines. Need to provide technical assistance and support to all users with regards to master data configuration, as well as troubleshoot any issues that may arise within the system.


Responsibilities:

  • System Interface Issue Troubleshooting: Work closely with the IT team and other relevant departments to ensure smooth integration between various internal systems, including e-commerce platforms, ERP, logistics cello, GSCM, MCS, etc. Must have a solid understanding of basic business processes, data flow, and system integration concepts.
  • Project Leadership for Process Improvement: Collaborate with multiple departments to gather requirements and identify operational challenges. Analyze and assess business processes to pinpoint areas for improvement, then develop actionable plans to address these concerns.
  • Training on Internal Systems & Processes: Develop expertise in all internal systems related to sales operations. Create comprehensive training materials and case studies to educate subsidiary sales and marketing teams on system functionality and process optimization. Ensure employees comprehend system logic and effectively leverage it in their day-to-day activities, including master data configuration.
  • System Champion in Subsidiaries: Take charge of all system implementation projects initiated by HQ/RHQ and serve as the primary point of contact for subsidiaries regarding system-related matters. Manage IT costs and spearhead the execution of smaller-scale internal system enhancements.
  • Internal Process Auditing: Conduct interviews and analyze real-time data to verify adherence to internal/HQ guidelines and promptly identify and resolve any inconsistencies or issues on an ongoing basis.


Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role as well as strong leadership abilities.
  • Able to self-learn by reading manual & testing the on one’s own.
  • Various experiences of system development and maintenance support, especially ERP & any other systems regarding sales and finance operations.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities especially mutli-system integration issues
