We are seeking for a Business Analyst to work with Command, Control, and Communication (C3) systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, define requirements, and support the development and implementation of mission-critical systems.
- Working Hours: Mon-Fri
- Working Location: Central, Singapore
- Salary Package: Up to $8800 (basic) + AWS
- You will be involved iorking with Command, Control, and Communication (C3) systems, Business Continuity Planning (BCP) systems, or Crisis/Incident Management Systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze and assess current processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Develop detailed functional specifications and system documentation.
- Liaise with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and met.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and system validation.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users.
- Ensure that systems align with C3, BCP, or Incident Management best practices.
- Contribute to risk assessments and business continuity planning.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in C3 systems, BCP, or Crisis/Incident Management Systems.
- Strong understanding of emergency response and continuity management frameworks.
- Experience in government or public sector projects is a plus
