Job Description & Requirements
- Prepare tender documents, cost planning and budget estimation
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and related parties
- Responsible for valuation of progress claims and variation orders
- Post contracts administration related to QS duties
- Carry out other contracts administration tasks
Experience & Skills
- Diploma in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Good knowledge in pre and post tender administration
- Experience in managing subcontracting
- Experience with Glodon software measurement for tender is an added advantage
- 5 days work / week
