RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain good housekeeping of working areas and keep track of the equipment.
- Liaising with freight forwards and customers, to ensure that testing materials are delivered on time and accurately.
- Monitor inventory and schedule requisition of materials.
- Accurate documentation of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Perform receiving of goods into the system and record batch and serial number when required.
- Run periodic cycle count and stock take.
- Purchasing and liaison with suppliers.
- Plan & manage fulfilling contracts from Order Entry.
- Ensure PO validation, compliance & approval.
- Diploma in Logistics Management or relevant studies
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics Management and Inventory matters
- Computer literate: MS Word, MS Excel & MS Outlook
- Experience in analyzing and tracking expenses
- Knowledgeable in shipping procedures and documentation for customs clearance
- Good understanding of local and cross-border import/export rules and regulations
