RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement AI for software engineering solutions.
- Conduct evaluations and/or user studies to validate the effectiveness of algorithms and solutions.
- Write and publish research papers and present them to reputable academic conferences.
- Package the documents, implementation code, evaluation results for release.
- Liaise with other team members.
- PhD degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or closely related disciplines.
- Excellent research experience, evidenced by at least 5 first-authored publications in major/top software engineering conferences and journals, including at least 2 in top-tier publication venues.
- Excellent knowledge about AI for Software Engineering.
- Highly fluent in Python.
- Highly competent in designing and implementing algorithms and data structures.
- Excellent analytical, technical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated individual who can work independently and collaboratively with team members.
- Able to work under strict deadlines.
