Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily F&B operations of taking orders, serving, managing cashiering duties
- Perform any duties assigned by the manager
- Ensure cleanliness of premise, equipment and adhere to health, safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Provide prompt and good customer service, informing customers of current store promotion
- Able to multi task and familiarized with these areas:
- Espresso Bar Station
- POS Station
- Waffle Station
- Cold Beverage Station
- Café Station(Bussing)
- Back of House (Prep. Work)
Health and Safety Responsibilities:
- Adhere to Compass Singapore HSE systems and procedures
- Follow all Emergency Response plans on site
- Follow procedures for identifying, assessing and controlling hazards and risks
- Adhere to and maintain food handling standards and food safety plan at all times
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ level and above or related certificates in the related position
- At least 2 years’ experience working in F&B as Barista or similar field
- Computer literate
- Passion about coffee
