Consultant (Conversational Designer) (ref: 101)
- To design and write conversation flows and scripts for our AI chatbots and Virtual Assistants.
- Develop design mock-ups, process flows, and prototypes on features and improvements.
- Test and amend designs based on user feedback and data for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other UX designers to ensure a cohesive user experience across all touchpoints.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, HCI, or a related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience as a UX designer, UI designer, or equivalent.
- Proven work experience as a Conversation Designer, UX Writer, or a similar role.
- Experience in creating conversation flows, content, and design for AI-driven experiences.
- Must have strong English command skill
