Responsibilities:
- Manage the technicians, contractors, cleaners and security guards to ensure the proper running and maintenance of the residential/ commercial property sites as assigned, including planning the maintenance and servicing schedule, liaising with contractors, and scheduling shift duties
- Conduct regular checks in unit and inspection on grounds to ensure property is well maintained
- Prepare of reports and operations budgets, and assist in tracking of operations budgets
- Coordinate and review tenant’s drawings and plans to ensure compliance with design criteria & authorities requirements
- Review and recommend replacement/improvement plan for managed sites.
- Ensure building statutory requirements are complied with
- Prepare and manage tender invitation for servicing contracts and other ad-hoc replacement works
- Handle tenants’ maintenance related requests
- Manage stock inventory for parts replacements
- Evaluate M&E systems and schedule for repair
- Carry out any other related duties as requested by immediate supervisor
- Any other duties assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Building Services or equivalent, with at least 3 years’ relevant experience in managing building & M&E services in retail/ commercial/ hospitality properties
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office- Word and Excel
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well organised, meticulous and good with paperwork
- Highly motivated, positive and proactive, and with these traits, thrive on challenges and time pressures.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a constantly evolving environment
