SAP Project Manager

Functional skills:

· At least 5 years’ experience with IT skills in SAP, ERP, M365 and Infrastructure related principles.

· Experience with planning skills, project development and program management

· Deep understanding of industry best practices and standards in Project Management

· Extensive knowledge and experience to manage different range of project types and complex business initiatives and change programs

· Ability to prioritize project tasks and provide input to organization business and budget planning

· Experience in managing and motivating project team members and project managers

· Capability to provide timely, accurate and relevant project portfolio reporting, to track project benefits realization and lessons learnt activities for continual improvements

IT Project Management Strategy and Planning

· Engages with senior management, coordinating with Head of Product Lines and Heads of Yards to identify opportunities for business improvements as well as to contribute to the organizational business and budget planning.

· Develops project management methodology and best practices, overseeing the adaptation and implementation to establish IT project management framework to support overall SCM objectives

· Manages the development of project management policies and procedures in the organization, ensuring clear and consistent approach is in place, where project risks are managed to the acceptable level

· Manages the administration of project submissions and approvals through the agreed prioritization and approval process, maintaining the pipeline for the approved projects

· Collates qualitative and quantitative information on IT project performance in the preparation and generation of project milestone reports for internal management purposes
