Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Accounts Manager to join our team. The Accounts Manager will oversee all aspects of the accounts department, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and effective management of financial resources. The ideal candidate will have a background in auditing, experience managing staff, and a strong understanding of accounting principles.


Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts department.

2. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.

3. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

4. Develop and implement accounting procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.

5. Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

6. Supervise and mentor accounts staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

7. Review and analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

8. Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives and initiatives.

9. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes related to financial management.


Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or auditing roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.

3. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.

4. Proven track record of managing audits and ensuring compliance with internal controls.

5. Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

6. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams.

7. Detail-oriented, analytical mindset, with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving.

8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
