Regulatory Affairs Project Manager (1 Year Contract/Up to $11000)
The Role:
Reporting to Asia Regulatory Affairs and Compliance Leader, you will be responsible for the Asia Separation Project to ensure smooth transition and successful execution on the project plan.
Job Description:
As a Project Manager – Regulatory Separation, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people in the Asia. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Demonstrate expertise in project leadership, while also maintaining expertise in the functional area sufficient to carry out project leadership duties and effectively leverage a network of company resources.
- Support Regulatory-Quality TMO Leader on multiple confidential projects and project teams across the board to progress toward separation milestones on time and with the appropriate information to evaluate and choose between separation scenarios.
- Prepare and Manage communications and information to RAQ Program Leadership, Transformation Management Office leadership, directly with country RA teams, and support consultants to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Support Asia RA LT team to plan and execute.
- Track, monitor and hand on the Separation activities in Asia to ensure smooth transition to TDSA exit.
- Execute Regulatory deliverables as required. Collect, analyse, interpret and share data to enable project progression.
- Collaborate and coordinate with RAQ Separation Program Manager, supporting consultants, separation team leaders, stakeholders, and project team members to complete project plans.
- Leveraging global and area resources across the Division/Business/Staff Unit as well as typically across several disciplines, to achieve timely completion of project deliverables.
- Work with RAQ teams and serving as point of contact to internal stakeholders to work on the common interests of project achievements.
- Performing other duties as assigned including regulatory related separation deliverables, e,g, rebranding, as required.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
- Five (5) combined years of experience operating and/or managing complex programs, projects, or initiatives in a commercial business environment.
- Five (5) years of regulatory experience within the Healthcare environment.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Strong proficiency with MS Excel, MS Project, MS Power Point, Power BI skills
- Deep functions operating experiences within the business model in a health care environment. RAQ experience is a plus.
- Established network and credibility with multiple functions and/ or businesses in a project manager or similar role
- Past working experience on acquisition or divestiture activities from a regulatory perspective
- Strong English communications and inter-personal skills with multiplier mindset
- Very well managed, decision maker with high agility and responsibility to perform
