Job Info:
- Working Days: 5 days/week, including 1 weekend
- Working Hours: 8:30am - 6:00pm
- Location: North
- Salary: Basic up to $3,000 + Performance Bonus
Job Description:
- Travel to customers' homes to install and troubleshoot smart lock products.
- Provide product training to customers and test lock functionality after installation.
- Follow a daily schedule to complete installation tasks efficiently and on time.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
- Ensure that locks are installed or repaired to meet company standards and specifications.
- Document and report installation, repair, and maintenance activities accurately.
- Maintain and replenish equipment and spares for daily operation needs.
- Upkeep of company vehicle.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
