- Manage Quality Management System (QMS)
- Able to lead a team of QA Engineers
- Manage Customer/Process Audit
- Well versed in CpK, Gage R & R, PPAP, 8D & 5 Why methodology
- Manage First Article Planning, CMM, CMM program, Visual Inspection program and other measurement equipment
- Manage Internal and External Corrective Action Reports (CAR)
- Manage Departmental KPI
- Manage Suppliers’ Qualification, Performance Monitoring, Quality Management and Audit and Disqualification Program
- Coordinate with Operation in ensuring Quality of production’s outgoing products meet Customers' Requirement
- Support Operation through establishment of Operations Standard, Process and Quality Control Plan
- Establishment of Product Quality Standard with Sales and Customers
- Support Operation through establishment of Operations Standard, Process and Quality Control Plan
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Able to read technical drawings, knowledgeable in MS Excel and work experience in QMS, GD&T and CMM
- Outstanding communication skills
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of QC / QA experience in precision engineering manufacturing environment
