# Customer Experience:
- Engage with our community on the store-front and always ready to recommend other products that suit their lifestyle.
- Provide a personalised customer experience for our community — remembering their preferences to create an intentional and extensive shopping experience.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) purchases in-store and ensure accurate inventory management in our stockrooms.
- Work closely with the Customer Service Team to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand experience between the digital and physical.
- Organise shift schedules of the crew and ensure systems are running smoothly.

# Operations:
- Possess the necessary in-store technology skills to support store operations and ensure seamless transactions.
- Upkeep the orderliness and tidiness of the store, making the experience a pleasant one.
- Be familiar with the in-store and building policies that the company is required to adhere to.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented, this person should be able to maintain accurate inventory and is always looking for ways to optimise workflows.
Job Requirements
We’re seeking the following attributes:
- A proactive and dependable support to the crew and community, a BTV Brand Insider(Pro) should be someone that extends their help to anyone that passes the BTV doors! (Bonus points if you have “acts of service” as your love language!)
- As a BTV Brand Insider (Pro), the team counts on you for direction, being able to think on your feet decisively and calmly during crunch times are a huge trait we look out for. A people-centred person, we’re looking for someone who can strike up a good conversation with just about anyone, we love a friendly and easygoing disposition.
- You’re a team player as much as you are a leader, we like for hierarchies to remain flat at BTV, although more responsibility is given, we’d love for everyone to shine equally.
- An optimistic and cooperative personality; a lot happens on the shop floors, peak periods get bustling, and a positive mindset is important to keep the team going!
