Administration pertaining to movements of personnel
- Ensuring the completion of check-list for new staff joining the school & staff leaving the school/service
- Updating Staff List
- Updating Staff Particulars, e.g. change of address & contact no., staff achievements, courses completed, etc
- Updating School’s Achievements, including CCA achievements
- Handle logistics for meetings
- Check daily incoming mails and dispatch to respective personnel
- Administrative duties for major events such as Founder’s Day, National Day cum Partnership Day & Secondary Four Graduation Ceremony, etc
- Designing and printing of programme booklets
- Preparing guest book for visitors
- Foreign Schools’ Visit to AHS
- Designing & preparing guest book for foreign visitors
- Preparing momento photographs for foreign visitors
- Updating school leaders’ & school’s calendar of events
- General filing and photocopying duties
- Any other administrative duties assigned by P/VPs such as arranging refreshments for meetings, photography, school organizational chart and general office administrative duties.
Qualification
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level Certificate or its equivalent
- Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
- Good communication skills and comfortable engaging stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask with good time management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Preferably with 3 years relevant administrative support experience in schools.
