DC is responsible for managing and maintaining company documents according to established processes. This includes ensuring proper documentation practices, updating records, retrieving and archiving documents and ensuring compliance with industry standards. DC will also involve supporting internal teams in document-related tasks and maintaining the company's document management system.
Job Responsibilities
- Organise and archive documents, ensuring data integrity
- Monitor document lifecycle, including version control and access permissions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and in-house quality standards
- Maintain and update the Document Management System / Document Archive
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure document accuracy and completeness
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of document control processes and standards will be an added advantage
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills
- Experience in training and testing or construction industries preferred
- Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Training or equivalent academic qualifications
