We are looking for an experienced business development director.
As a Business Development Director, you are the bridge. You must be able to recognise clients needs and communicate it effectively with the team. You will be expected to make daily cold calls, attend self-generated appointments and manage existing clients.
You will set ambitions targets for yourself and improve based on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing client base (B2B)
- Take charge of client acquisition and create new business opportunities for the company
- Identify potential clients and projects for pitches
Desired Skills:
- Experience in a similar setting is a must
- B2B Lead generation and relationship management
- Some technical or engineering expertise (you must be willing to learn)
- Super independent with an entrepreneurial spirit
