Job Description
To perform general manager (business development direction) duties in a local construction company.
Detailed Responsibilities
- Be sales orientated and in charge of all business development related areas
- Report to the company director and to implement resolutions by the directors
- To gather market feedbacks and increase corporate awareness and generate more qualified coorpate sales
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with shareholders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
- To oversee the operation and control the P&L
- To meet KPI set by board of directors (montly, quartely and annual)
Requirements
· At least a Bachelor’s degree in any field
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
· Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
· Good social network connection with both local & overseas stakeholders
