Description
- Design and develop ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter.
- Collaborate with data architects and business analysts to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Extract data from various sources (e.g., databases, flat files, APIs) and transform it to meet business needs.
- Load data into data warehouses and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Optimize ETL processes for performance and scalability.
- Monitor ETL workflows and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Create and maintain documentation for ETL processes, data models, and system architectures.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in ETL development and data integration.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an ETL Developer, with a strong focus on Informatica.
- In-depth knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
- Familiarity with other ETL tools and technologies is a plus.
