Job Description:
- Develop and implement strategies for targeted market to generate new leads and opportunities.
- Hunting of new business clients, conduct business, industry, and competitor analysis to develop strategies to support business growth and profitability.
- Understand clients' business need and develop business solutions strategy.
- Build strong and collaborative relationship with customers.
- Drive pitches, product presentation and penetration with confidence.
- Sales driven mindset with focus in achieving the sales revenue.
- Business travel to visit potential and existing clients, when required.
- Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time by the company.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in any studies.
- At least 5 years of business development experience in plastic manufacturing/ injection molding industry.
- Experience in developing and implementing business strategies.
- Strong knowledge in plastic, injection molding business.
- Good communication skills and presentation skills.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking clients.
- Ability to communicate in Malay is preferred to communicate with Malay speaking clients.
- Excellent strategic thinker who can translate business development challenges into business solutions.
- Able to work independently and in team.
Compensation:
- Location: South East, Singapore
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
