IT Support Officer

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy IT Support Officer to join us! This hands-on role offers the opportunity to engage with various aspects of IT operations, including user support, system maintenance, and project collaboration. If you are passionate about technology and ready to apply your skills, we’d love to have you on board!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide user training and support for IT programs and solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support for our in-house CRM application and connected devices (e.g., tablets).
  • Assist with network maintenance and resolve day-to-day system issues for software, hardware, and networking, if any.
  • Coordinate with vendor and group HQ IT for project implementation, application rollout, software/system patching, and upgrades.
  • Maintain and support office equipment, including laptops, printers, servers, and perform business email setup.
  • Collaborate with on-site vendor for hardware and network troubleshooting when required.
  • Document and update system protocols and procedures to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

Education:

A diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Relevant IT certifications are advantageous.

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in IT support or related technical roles.

Knowledge of networking, troubleshooting, and hardware/software installation.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in IT tools and remote support software.

Knowledge of Active Directory, VPNs, and IT security protocols.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in real-time.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication skills to interact with users of varying technical abilities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
