Job Description:
- Quantity take-off and cost estimation sourcing of contractors and suppliers
- Understanding the requirements, prepare and submit tenders with specific deadline
- Liaise and coordinate with the Consultants, Clients and Sub-contractors
- Contract and tender document administration
- Collaborate with project team and tender department to ensure all drawings are in order as per design requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying Mechanical Engineering (P&S, ELECTRICAL or ACMV & etc)
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in building and construction industries.
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
- Possess strong project organizational skills, resourceful, energetic and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
