Job Responsibilities:
· Update job portal on latest openings
· Ensure conformance to MOM guidelines on Job Post Standards
· Coordinate interviews both virtual and physical
· Support end to end work pass management including, application, renewal and cancellation, ensuring all necessary documentations are in place and MOM appointments are scheduled
· Perform qualification verification checks & reference checks
· Creation of payment vouchers and necessary documentation
· Arrangement of transport for new foreign hire from airport
· Support new foreign hire on medical check arrangement, bank account opening
· Coordinate the accommodation for new foreign hire
· Update foreign workers’ address periodically
· Purchase of air tickets for repatriation
· Ad-hoc liaison with relevant overseas embassies
· Handle simple invoice issuance and follow-up on payment
Job Requirement:
· Minimum higher NITEC with 1-2 years experience
· Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
· Good interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively
· Fair knowledge of Singapore Labor Laws and HR best practices
· Strong attention to details
· Process Certificate of Employment Intermediaries
· Maintain high level of confidentiality
· Proficiency in HR software & Microsoft Office suite
