Key Responsibilities:
Analysis and Strategy Development:
- Conduct research to identify target customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Develop effective Go-To-Market strategies and actionable plans for success.
Pipeline Building and Sales Achievement:
- Proactively reach out to targeted potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches that highlight product/services and their value propositions.
- Collaborate with the team to customize solutions that meet customer needs.
- Build a realistic prospect list and maintain a healthy order pipeline.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and initial contact to negotiation, contract closure, and project implementation to meet budget goals.
Business Development:
- Monitor industry and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through networking, industry events, and digital platforms.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive business opportunities and partnerships.
Reporting:
- Provide regular updates on prospects, orders, and sales forecasting.
- Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline development, and market trends to management.
- Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Offer actionable recommendations to optimize business strategies and achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Power Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
- 4 to 6 years of B2B sales/marketing experience with a proven track record, preferably in power electronics and/or power quality products/solutions. Experience in projects, services, or consultancy is a plus.
- Creative in developing solutions and negotiating deals, with high energy and a strong drive for success.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
