Key Responsibilities:
1. Programme Promotion & Growth:
Lead the promotion of Lyza’s programmes, including our coding, AI, and IoT courses, to prospective students and parents across various channels. Drive engagement and increase enrolment through targeted strategies.
2.Developing a DSA Preparation Class:
Collaborate closely with the curriculum team to design and launch a comprehensive DSA preparation programme, focusing on AI and coding skills, portfolio development, and interview preparation. Ensure the programme meets school requirements for DSA applicants and incorporates key elements such as project-based learning, coding competitions, and presentation skills.
3. Lead Management:
Manage the entire lead generation process, from nurturing potential leads to conversion. Work closely with the marketing team to refine strategies for programme promotion and enrolment growth.
4. Customer Service & Course Consultation:
Provide guidance to students and parents via phone, email, or in-person consultations, recommending the most appropriate courses based on their needs, with a particular focus on DSA preparation and coding education.
5.Event Planning & Execution:
Organise and deliver offline events such as seminars, workshops, and boot camps to raise awareness of Lyza Education’s offerings. Coordinate with management to refine event and sponsorship plans for maximum impact.
6. Team Coordination & Training:
Train and manage the tele-calling team to effectively communicate the benefits of Lyza’s programmes and drive enrolment. Offer regular feedback and collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead generation efforts.

Requirements:
Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience working with a coding school in a business development role, as well as experience in developing a DSA preparation class.
