The Solutions Architect will oversee the Solutions team to plan, execute, and deliver complex software’s solutions.
This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record in delivering SaaS solutions.
How you’ll contribute
● Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation as per the designed solution.
● Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Manage project execution, monitoring progress against the plan, and making adjustments as necessary.
● Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
● Address client concerns and provide regular updates on project status.
● Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and customer success and with stake holders, to ensure seamless project delivery.
● Facilitate regular team meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with other project members who are envolved in .
● Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
● Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
● Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
● Prepare regular financial reports for senior management.
● Track and report on project performance metrics, including delivery timelines, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.
● Provide regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
● Utilize project management tools to maintain accurate project documentation.
Who you are:-
● Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Solution architect/PMP/PRINCE2/SCRUM or similar certification is mandatory.
● At least 10 years of experience in Pre-sales,project management, with a focus on software pre-sales, solutioning,Software services, development, and deliveries.
● Proven track record of managing and delivering complex SaaS projects.
● Proven experience in leading and mentoring solutions teams.
● Strong technical background with knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.
● Preference to someone coming from a SI Background.
