Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new sales leads, building strong relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth. You will play a key role in helping us achieve our sales targets and expand our market presence. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the vegetable, fresh produce, FMCG, F&B, Hospitality, or related industry
Key Responsibilities:
Generate New Sales:
- Identify and approach new customers.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Building Relationships:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Meet customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and address customer needs and concerns.
Achieve Sales:
- Ensure sales and marketing alignment to drive revenue growth.
Vegetable Knowledge and Development:
- To identify target customers from FMCG, Hotels, and F&B sectors.
- Familiar with all types of vegetables. (Training will be provided)
Reporting and Performance Metrics:
- Be able to work according to the management's performance target.
- Track and report sales performance and results.
- Continuously improve sales performance and results.
Requirements for Skills and Qualifications:
- Secondary or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the local vegetable/F&B/FMCG market.
- Experience with sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
- Be able to work in fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office e.g., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Multilingual will be an advantage as this position will deal with various type of stakeholders.
