Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service and assistance to passengers.
- Possess extensive knowledge about specific travel destinations, including attractions, hotels, restaurants, and local culture.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their travel needs, and customizing travel packages accordingly.
- Expertise in local attractions, culture, and history.
- Conduct safety drills and ensure passenger safety.
- Organize excursions and activities based on passenger preferences.
- Effectively communicate with passengers and local vendors.
- Proficiency in multiple languages to assist diverse passengers.
- Respect and understanding of different customs and traditions.
- Preparedness for emergencies and first aid administration.
- Promote onboard services and generate revenue through sales.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for cruise management.
Requirement
- Phones, radios, or walkie-talkies for effective communication.
- GPS devices or apps for accurate travel between destinations.
- Diploma holder in any related field
- 2-3 years relevant working experience in cruise management or inbound travel agency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work during weekends and public holidays when required.
