The Project Manager Lead is primarily tasked with managing the project technically and
evaluates the technical scope, technical dependencies, performs technical solution
assessment feasibility and compatibility to ensure a seamless end to end solution.
Must have expertise in Java, IBM FileNet, Hybrid Cloud (specifically Azure).
Responsibilities:
- Technical Implementation of the Solution to meet the customer requirements.
- Work with team to demonstrate proof of concept and implement the solution at scale
- Clearly understand the business logic and architect the solution as per industry best
- practices and tenets
- Provide certainty to the Project manager on the timeliness and quality of the solution.
Essential Requirements (Skills Requirements):
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science
- More than 15 years of experience and last 10 years as a Technical PM/ Solution
- architect.
- Certifications – Azure, IBM FileNet.
- Experience with the IBM suite – OS, Websphere, FileNet
- Hands-on with Java 6 and Java 8.
- Technical / Professional Skills:
- Experience with technology refresh projection involving refactoring of solutions.
- Java Certification – Professional level.
Non-Technical / Soft Skills:
- Excellent documentation skills for preparation of User specifications, Technical
- Specifications, Technical Architecture, state flow diagrams.
- Professional communications skills to be able to cover the problem and solution(s) and
- recommend a choice amongt multiple solutions.
GOOD TO HAVE:
- Certifications in project management – PMP, PRINCE2
- Certification in TOGAF 9+
