Job requirements:
1. Assist the person in charge to standardize and supervise the processes of various systems;
2. Coordinate daily office environment and hygiene;
3. Review various contracts;
4. Storage and management of office certificates, contracts and materials;
5. Overall management of store suppliers;
6. Assist the person in charge to plan daily affairs and follow up on closure;
7. Fill in and review daily reimbursement documents;
8. Inventory and management of store materials;
9. Follow-up and assessment of staff attendance;
Candidates with financial or administrative work experience are preferred!
