MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Moi International (singapore) Pte. Ltd.

  • Assist in acquiring new customers and sell additional products to existing ones through identifying new sales leads, pitching products and/or services and maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers;
  • Research organisations and individuals online (including and not limiting to social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets. Research the needs of other companies and learn who makes decisions about purchasing;
  • Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings;
  • Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives. Attend meetings, and industry events;
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations and sales displays, contact clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products, develop quotes and proposals, negotiate and renegotiate by phone, email, and in person;
  • Provide reports and feedback to management about what is and is not working;
  • Provide business support in sales activities, logistics and plant operations;
  • Assist in managing the daily logistics operations such as ensuring enough supply of raw materials and smooth delivery of products;
  • Liaise with the manufacturing unit to meet sales demand and monitor factory KPIs;
  • Assist sales managers in trade processing, customer servicing;
  • Provide support for internal customers such as overseas subsidiaries as well as monitor their control procedure;
  • Monitor the efficiency of the manufacturing plants and oversee production planning;
  • Monitor and support management in managing the performance of business units; and
  • Other ad-hoc business development and operation assignments

Requirements:

  • Preferably a 2nd Class Upper Honours Degree in Engineering, Science (Chemistry / Biochemistry / Food Science & Technology) or Business Studies;
  • 3 to 5 years working experience and some experience in business development activities;
  • Good with numbers;
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency;
  • Creativity and problem solving skills;
  • Willing to stay abreast in the industry and its current events;
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Attention to details and good organisation/prioritisation skills; and
  • Willing to business travel.
