We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development of our digital products and platforms, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth in the digital space.
Your new role
- Lead the development roadmap for our LLM Chatbot and AI-driven trading products, from conception to launch and beyond.
- Drive cross-functional teams of designers, engineers, QA professionals, and analysts to execute product development initiatives effectively. Plan, design and oversee developer events, work closely with vendors and external parties
- Lead the Digital product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality digital products and features.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders prioritize features, allocate resources, and drive digital product development.
- Develop detailed digital product requirements and specifications, including user stories, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Great Technical foundation on AI technology, experience in product management
What you'll need to succeed
- 7-8 years plus product manager experience , strong understanding of digital product development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
- Possess proficient knowledge of project management, collaboration, and design tools, such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyse user data and derive actionable insights to drive product decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a proactive and results-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Experience working on digital platforms, mobile apps, or web applications is preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools and digital product management software.
- Passion for technology, innovation, and creating seamless digital experiences for users.
- Knowledge or interests in LLM and AI will be advantageous.
