Perform routine tasks under the supervision of registered nurses in a Home Care Setting .
- assist doctor registered nurse with simple nursing procedures or treatment with supervision
- Care for the health, well-being and safety of resident.
- Deliver nursing care needs for resident.
- Prepare and conduct programme activities for resident.
- Update Individual Care Plans and relevant records.
- Look after residents’ personal care needs and cleanliness.
- Assist with outdoor activities or medical appointments
Job Requirements:
- NITEC in Nursing or relevant
- Minimum 2 years Singapore working experience in healthcare setting
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess a passionate disposition to care for elderly
- 3 Shift
