Key Responsibilities
- Check cleaning equipment condition.
- Coach Service team.
- Coordinate and liaise with clients at the work site.
- Handle complaints and feedback from clients.
- Implement work plans and inspect work done by crews.
- Interact and build relationships with customers.
- Monitor and follow up on compliance with cleaning procedures, workplace safety, and method of statement.
- Submit a daily onsite report to the operation manager.
- Work with members of other teams as required.
- Ensure all assigned duties are carried out, and that resources are efficiently utilized.
- Maintain and control the use of stock, equipment & consumables.
- Timeously request purchase of consumables, equipment, and materials.
- Assist the Operations Manager in maintaining and planning the roster.
- Monitor and report absenteeism to the Manager.
- Actively promote Health and Safety and report any breach directly to the Manager.
- Ensure standards are met and maintained in all facilities, and report shortcomings/faults to the manager.
