Vertical Sales Manager, APAC – High Tech

Role Overview:

The Vertical Sales Manager role will be responsible for landing new vertical logos to Apex and/or extend the share of our service scope for specified clients. As part of the company business development strategic across APAC, South East Asiamarket plays essential role for high-tech vertical and brand names. The Vertical Sales Manager is expected to have solid customer portfolio and relationship, business understanding so to utilize Apex unique strength of different air/ocean products and add value to customer supply chain demand. The candidate who with relatively strong experience in freight forwarding including air and ocean, and with proven track record of driving revenue growth for High-techcustomers would be a good fit.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify effective sales leads
  • Actively participate high-tech events and know-how of South East Asia market
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions that meet the unique needs of customers in the Asia Pacific market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform business strategy and decision-making.
  • Sales discipline and activity management in CRM system

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in business development, with a focus on S.E.A/APAC region and freight forwarding.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in the designated vertical.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English and additional language skills relevant to the Asia Pacific region preferred.
