Key Responsibilities
- Lead creative brainstorming sessions, generating fresh visual and design concepts aligned with the brand’s essence.
- Stay updated with trends and innovations to deliver impactful ideas and award-winning work.
- Collaborate across teams (traffic, accounts, strategy) to ensure timely, strategic creative solutions.
- Present ideas effectively to internal teams and clients.
- Mentor junior and senior talent, fostering creativity and contributing to business development.
- Design visually appealing content for social media platforms and marketing collaterals (e.g., EDMs, banners).
Key Requirements
- 5 - 7 years in creative media or advertising with a strong portfolio.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, from concept to delivery.
- Strong aesthetic sense with expertise in layout, design, and typography across all media.
