Responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders.
- Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for the customers
- Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks
- Planning drink menus and informing customers about new beverages and specials.
- Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers.
- Ensure the bar operations runs effectively smoothly daily with adequate stock and necessary goods to achieve sales and profits
- Liaise with kitchen staff and servers
- Communicate with their staff members regarding unavailable drink items on the menu so that alternatives may be offered to customers
- Provides all guests with a memorable experience at the Bar
- Maintaining a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.
- Developing new cocktail recipes.
- Establish and manage the bar with the highest level of hospitality, customer service and hygiene standards
