Floorball CCA Training Programme
The programme must achieve the following objectives: 1) To acquire skills and knowledge related to Floorball 2) To understand and apply the rules in Floorball in a competitive and/or friendly match setting.
3) To enthuse student's interest in Floorball and incorporate training opportunities for students to attain their potential 3) To develop student's mental resilience, confidence and sportsmanship and be aligned with the Canossian Principles (Refer to School website via this link: https://www.canossacatholicpri.moe.edu.sg/our-school/10-principles-of-a-canossian/)
4) To inculcate the E21st CC dispositions and values during the training sessions.
Outcome of Programme
1. Students are given the opportunity to compete in competitions and/or friendly matches.
2. Students should be able to represent the school at the NSG, and external competitions.
3. Students are able to articulate and exhibit the Canossian Principles and the E21st CC dispositions and values at all times.
Scope of Services to be provided
1. Submit CCA plans termly (40 weeks) that aligns with school mission and values (Refer to School website via this link: https://www.canossacatholicpri.moe.edu.sg/our-school/mission-vision-values/)
2. To evaluate the student's ability and progress termly and provide the necessary actions as remediation.
3. To give all the necessary guide and support to teachers and students during CCA and competition periods.
4. To provide target setting before and after events.
5. If the instructor is unable to turn up for CCA training sessions, he/she must give at least 7 days’ advance notice in writing to the school. The instructor shall seek approval to arrange for a replacement who is MOE registered and suitably qualified to train the students.
Training Dates:
Every Tuesdays and Thursdays 3.30pm to 5.30pm
Estimated 60 sessions (including competition)
Excluding public holidays, school holidays and CCA stand down period for exams. Any changes to the training dates shall be made in accordance with Section C of these Requirement Specifications, or as otherwise agreed between the School and the Contractor.
The School may request for additional training session(s) for key milestone events. All such request shall be made in accordance with paragraph 1 of Section C below.
Target Group : Primary 3 to Primary 6, Est 50 students
The class size is estimated, and the Contractor shall accept an increase of class size up to 55 students.
Qualifications
• The Instructor(s) should preferably possess minimum SG-Coach Level 1 (Theory) and/or SG-Coach Level 1 (Technical) or its equivalent.
• The Instructor(s) should also preferably be registered with National Registry of Coaches (NROC) for the respective sport.
• The Instructor(s) must have a valid first-aid with Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certification.
All overseas first-aid license will need to be validated by the National Resuscitation and First Aid Council. Applicants must complete the validation on their own and submit the approval when they bid for jobs in schools.
Experience
All Instructors should be competent to handle the tasks and responsibilities assigned. All Instructors shall have at least 2 years of coaching experience in Floorball.

To provide a list of current and past training conducted for similar programmes from 1 Jan 2022 to the closing date of this quotation.
Employment Pass
1. If the Instructor is not a Singapore Citizen, or Permanent Resident, the Instructor must possess a valid Employment Pass issued by the Ministry of Manpower for the purposes of providing the Services under the Contract.
2. This pass must be valid throughout the Contract Period.
