HSEQ Executive
Job Purpose:
Drive operational excellence, quality management, and continuous improvement in Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment (HSEQ) aspects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage safety documentation and ensure compliance
2. Conduct quality checks, incident investigations, and audits
3. Develop and distribute HSEQ alerts and reports
4. Maintain HSEQ statistics and customer satisfaction index
5. Participate in external audits and management reviews
Requirements:
- Team player with minimum 2 yrs HSE experience in Marine/Shipping/Ship repair
- Specialist Diploma in HSE or relevant Marine discipline
- Strong passion for HSE, interpersonal skills, and MS Office proficiency
- Knowledge of ISM, ISPS codes, incident investigation, and risk management (advantageous)
- Internal auditor certification for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 (advantageous)
