Core Responsibilities
1) Taking-off quantities, sourcing sub-contractors & suppliers, pricing for quotations
2) Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
3) Assessment of progress payments to subcontractors / suppliers
4) Preparation of progress claims and variation order to the client
5) Settlement of final accounts with Client and subcontractors / suppliers
Job Specifications
A) At least Diploma in QS/ Civil Engineering / Building
B) Minimum 1 year relevant experience working in construction industry
C) Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently
