Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of diaphragm wall construction projects.
- Supervise the design, development, and approval of construction plans and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project operations.
- Ensure adherence to safety, health, environmental, and legal regulations on-site.
- Track project progress, manage risks, and adjust plans to meet deadlines.
- Oversee project budgets, including cost control, procurement, and resource allocation.
- Prepare regular reports on project status, including scheduling, financial performance, and risk management.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in construction project management, particularly in diaphragm wall construction.
- Proven experience managing large-scale civil or infrastructure projects.
- In-depth knowledge of local building regulations, environmental, and safety standards.
- Strong understanding of diaphragm wall construction methods and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
