The Role
- Alerts Review: Manage alerts generated by transaction monitoring systems. This includes assessing each alert to determine whether it represents suspicious activity.
- Investigation: Conduct thorough investigations of flagged transactions to ascertain if they are genuine or fraudulent.
- Decision: Decide on the outcome of the investigation.
- Documentation: Document the outcome in a system.
Your Requirement
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
