Specific responsibilities
- Perform monthly and quarterly analysis for management reporting and variance analysis including ad-hoc requests
- Perform other general accounting duties as designated from time to time, which may include but not limited to financial closing and statutory audit
- Participate in quarterly reviews, annual audits, and project testing for applicable areas of ownership
- Partner with teammates, global and cross-functional stakeholders to establish a cadence for reviews and collaboration
- Involve & manage new project related to Finance
Liaise with Company Secretary for
- Update minutes and registers for changes
- Prepare board resolutions and filing with ROC (XBRL filling)
- Prepare AGM/EGM materials and Annual Returns
- Prepare and create purchase requisition
- Prepare Fixed Assets labels for tagging
- Bank in cash collected and issue official receipts
- Prepare statutory Statistical submissions
- Scan incoming supplier invoices / delivery orders to GBS team
- Prepare Certificate of Residence
- Update and maintain change in bank signatories
- Review & submit WHT S45
- Review & reconcile KShuttle contracts
- Prepare & update Finance standard forms
- Prepare manual cheque
- Upload TB from Oracle to Symphony for monthly closing
- Prepare Forecast / Budget template
- Prepare OTC-KPI working
General
- Attending to Finance incoming mails/faxes/filling
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Participate in other ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Business or related field
- Min 2 years’ experience in accounting
- Proactive team-player
- Responsible and matured with good interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and ability to multi-task and take on different types of roles and activities at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to organize work under minimal supervision
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
