Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Windows applications using languages such as C++, C#, or Visual Basic.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop software solutions.
- Perform day-to-day activities as monitoring, security issues, server & OS related problems/requests based on tickets/alert mails
- Implement and troubleshoot of Windows Systems/Servers
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Monitor, troubleshoot and support Local Area Networks (LANs) and Wide Area Networks (WANs) and ensure network connectivity throughout the organization’s infrastructure
- Debug and troubleshoot application issues, including performance optimization and bug fixes.
- Write and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Work with APIs, libraries, and other technologies to integrate Windows applications with external systems.
- Maintain knowledge of emerging Windows technologies and industry trends.
- Provide technical support to internal and external users as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of IT experience.
- Proven experience in Windows application development.
- Proficiency in programming languages like C#, C++, Visual Basic, or .NET.
- Experience in using software tools Putty, SolarWinds Monitoring Tool, BMC, Clarion and all the hardware management applications (ILO, OMSA, IDRAC, Hardware Mgmt. GUI)
- Strong understanding of Windows OS, threading, and memory management.
- Experience with Windows development tools such as Visual Studio.
- Knowledge of Windows system APIs, services, and security features.
- Experience with Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF), Windows Forms, and Universal Windows Platform (UWP).
- Knowledge of Windows networking and system administration.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps tools.
- Experience with version control systems like Git or SVN.
