PURPOSE
This role supports the CEO of the company to identify strategic and tactical opportunities to drive accelerated growth for the company. This is a rare opportunity to work with senior management and seasoned sales heads to drive growth for the company.
KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES
- To identify opportunities for the company within all distribution channels (IFA, Banca, Digital Commerce and FWD Private) and setup key transformation projects to drive growth
- Oversees customer journey and experience for all distribution channels to ensure best in class experience
- Drive and lead existing key projects such as increasing advisor activation, distribution setup etc and evaluate new opportunities
- Use data to identify gaps and opportunities and working with distribution heads to convert these insights into actionable areas to build the business
- Help the company plan quarterly sales kick-off events to get the key messages to the frontline
- Help the company manage the quarterly and annual sales incentive budget
- Review campaign papers from distribution and liaise with Finance to ensure the company gets the best outcome
- Enhance the company’s market awareness, consideration and conversion through various marketing and PR activities
- Undertake market research studies and analyze the results in order to better understand the market and customer tastes and identify appropriate customer segments
- Build strong collaborative relationships with all stakeholders including employees and partners
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Actuarial background with strong distribution experience
- Familiar with FAA and relevant regulations in Singapore with regards to insurance sales practices
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in an insurance company particular in IFA market
