The Audit Senior is expected to team lead various sizes of audit engagements which include planning, performing, reviewing of audit work performed by less experienced personnel and concluding the engagement. He/She works closely with team members to execute the audit plan and ensures the timely completion of the audit engagement. He also works closely with clients and manages their expectations to further nurture on-going client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- To perform assurance engagement activities including identify key risks, analyse business; implement engagement plan, obtain evidence and propose resolution to accounting and auditing issues in accordance to applicable framework;
- To manage engagement team including identify areas to improve work performance; facilitate effective communication, coach junior team members to achieve technical competency and efficient performance;
- To adhere to professional standards
Requirements:
- Graduates in Accountancy/ACCA
- Responsible with good work attitude and integrity
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast learner and resourceful with good logical and analytical thinking skills
- Preferrable with at least 2 years' relevant experience
