Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute software testing efforts for banking and financial domain applications, including CRM, campaign management, and wealth management.
- Develop test plans, test strategies, estimates, and metrics to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Define and implement nonfunctional scenarios for performance testing and automation test cases.
- Conduct functional, ETL, SIT, UAT, E2E, file testing, regression testing, data migration testing, and support UAT processes.
- Perform testing on diverse systems, including Teradata, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and ETL platforms.
- Execute API testing using tools like Postman and technologies such as Kafka and Adobe Analytics.
- Work with front office applications like RM Desktop-PEARL, Cross Border Communication BCBOH, and KYC onboarding tools (ICE, EUCLID).
- Lead project calls with clients to ensure effective onsite-offshore coordination and allocate tasks to subordinates.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders as a functional business analyst, gathering requirements, and managing UAT testing.
- Handle test scenarios, traceability matrix preparation, test case development, and execution in an Agile environment.
- Use tools such as ALM, JIRA, Unix, UFT, and Selenium for test management and automation.
- Generate comprehensive project reports and maintain all project trackers, including dashboarding, individual progress tracking, and issue management.
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to junior team members.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in software testing within the Banking and Financial Domain.
- Expertise in CRM applications, campaign management, data warehouse processing, and front office systems.
- Hands-on experience in performance, integration, functional, E2E, security, rollback, and API testing.
- Proficiency with Oracle SQL Server, PL/SQL Developer, Dream Quark, IBM IIDR CDC, Toucan Toco, ELK, BI4, Ambari, Hive, and other databases and data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of cash equities, bonds, equity derivatives, credit cards, trade lifecycle, and corporate action lifecycle.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Bitbucket, SonarQube, and knowledge of automation tools such as UFT and Selenium.
- Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
