Duties and Responsibilities
As a Security Officer, you will:
- Greet and assist residents, visitors, and contractors in a professional and courteous manner
- Monitor and control entry and exit points for residents, visitors, contractors, and deliveries.
- Verify identification and approve entry based on pre-approved access lists.
- Maintain regular communication with the management office, other security officers, and emergency contacts.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises, including parking areas, common areas, and critical security points.
- Be a quick thinker during emergency response
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Possess a valid PLRD License
