Key Responsibilities
• Acquire new clients and secure potential commercial and government projects
• Lead business development by identifying and developing new opportunities to grow the company's portfolio and market influence.
• Handle sales enquiries for commercial and government projects
• Meet with clients to determine requirements & needs.
• Tender Submission and price negotiation with clients.
• Schedule workflow to meet client requirement for handover date.
• To work closely with designers, project managers, qs team and purchasing team to achieve high-quality project completion, taking care of clients and delivering projects seamlessly.
